Jia Yan is a junior student pursuing a double major in psychology and studio art at Boston College. As a versatile mixed-media artist, her primary focus is on ceramics, but she also enjoys exploring various mediums to express her creativity. Her body of work aims to address critical social and environmental issues, such as mental health awareness, gender equality, and environmental conservation.
